Comprised of the President, President Elect, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Vice President of Finance, and the Immediate Past President, the Executive Committee has the authority to act on behalf of the Board of Directors when the Board of Directors is not in session. The Executive Committee shall report its actions to Board of Directors at the earliest practical opportunity.
