He manages the CANP website and core web tools, helps maintain email and communication systems, and provides reporting insights through analytics and performance tracking. Hayden also coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and improve member-facing digital experienceshelping ensure CANP’s online presence and systems remain reliable, secure, and easy to use.
