The Health Policy & Practice Committee is responsible for the oversight of all government relations activities. These activities are differentiated by “policy” and “practice” issues. The Chairs collaborate with CANP’s lobbyist while monitoring legislative activities on a state and national level, and coordinate CANP's legislative advocacy program. Committee members are assigned various policy and practice activities, including assignment as liaison to the Board of Registered Nursing.
