On September 22, 2024, Governor Newsom signed SB 1451 into law. This is an important victory for all nurse practitioners in California, and to celebrate this significant milestone and discuss what it means for NPs in California, CANP hosted a comprehensive overview of SB 1451.  This webinar is moderated by CANP President Aimee Paulson, and features panelists Garrett Chan of HealthImpact, Past CANP President Cynthia Jovanov, and Legislative Advocate Kristy Wiese.

The California Association for Nurse Practitioners (CANP) provides a forum and unifying voice for more than 30,000 nurse practitioners statewide, often joining forces with other state and national organizations, to advance the profession and bridge health care needs.
