As always, dinner meetings are for licensed professional: NPs,PAs,RNs,and MDs. Also, there are no refunds on dinner meetings, your payment will be processed as a chapter donation.
In addition to registration on CANP, you must register with AHM by faxing to 866-830-7787 your name, specialty, address, phone # and email address by May 22, 2015. If there are less than 40 attendees, the event will be cancelled.
